SHIPPING POLICY

We offer many different shipping methods to meet the diverse needs of our customers. However, certain issues must be kept in mind when choosing a shipping method.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS: We offer several different shipping methods for our International customers. It is important that our International customers choose one of these aplicable methods, which include Priority Mail (Trading Cards only), Priority Mail (Non Trading Cards), and UPS Global Express. International orders that do not choose an aplicable International shipping method cannot be shipped until a different method is choosen.

USPS SHIPPING METHODS: The United States Postal Service is an extremely reliable shipping provider. However, shipping errors can occur. If a customer chooses a non-insurable, non-trackable USPS shiping method, (specifically First Class Mail), then the customer assumes all responsibility for the shippment. GameHeadquarters.com assumes no responsibility for shipping errors using a non-insurable, non-trackable method.

WHEN WE SHIP: All orders are shipped within 2-3 business days after payment is received. If special shipping concerns exist, (such as needing cards by a specific date for a tournament), it is advisable to contact us by phone or e-mail to ensure that the special conditions can be met before an order is placed.
